BOARD VOTES ON NEW EQUIPMENT EXPENSE
The Board of Death and Taxes, Inc. approves purchasing a digital still camera to increase the documentation of activities within the company.

A DAY OF SHOPPING WITH BETH LISICK
Board member Beth Lisick came by headquarters to show CEO Isabel Reichert and CFO Sean Fletcher a method of organizing their grocery shopping.  More efficient shopping led to fewer trips and a lower monthly grocery expense.

MEETING WITH TRILLIUM PRESS
Board member Ray Beldner, organized a visit to Trillium Press in Brisbane to meet with the company founder, Richard Lang.  Richard and his son Noah met with Ray, Isabel and Sean to brainstorm on ways that Death & Taxes, Inc. could raise money and increase visibility.
Richard also took Sean and Isabel on a tour of Trillium’s printing facilities and showed some of the highlights of Trilliums printing projects.

CFO SCAVANGES THRIFT STORES FOR BUSINESS SUITS
Fellow artist and residential architect Albert Pastine takes Sean hunting around glitzy San Francisco neighborhoods for thrift stores to bolster the CFO’s business wardrobe.  $40 bought Sean a former bespoke suit and a high-end “Harte Shaeffner Marx” suit.

CEO FLYS TO GERMANY TO PROMOTE DEATH AND TAXES, INC
CEO Isabel Reichert follows an invitation to an exhibition in Saarbruecken and meets with local galleries to discuss Death and Taxes.

FIRST QUARTERLY REPORT RELEASED
Death & Taxes, Inc. printed an edition of 100 of the first quarterly report.  This rare edition contains essays by internationally renowned writer and curator, Marcia Tanner, ArtForum critic at large in Beijing, David Spalding, the company's president and artist, Allen Spore, as well as four pages of full-color photographs documenting the company's activities and their first quarterly board meeting.
The Management Discussion, a standard chapter in corporate financial reporting, is a transcription of our March 20th interview with economist and UC Berkeley professor Raymond Miles.
